Well depending on if you need to shave the fur anyway possible? Usually people shave fur down around the face to become more toon/realistic looks, I suggest Shaggy fur brands a couple places are good to order from is

I suggest STEERING clear of mogolain I know its best for it to not shed but if you have to shave any fur you don't want mongolain fur I been told by two different places its how they make the fur after I got a bad batch of fur.

Thanks for the info. I'm almost thinking about getting hold of Fiber Technologies to see if they have something otter-y for me to use, but they are SUPER expensive. From what I hear, their 4 way stretch fur is the ultimate, but I'd probably have to airbrush the color into it… That might be just the thing, though… I have ALL the spray equipment, because its kind of my side job- finishing.

I wonder what it would be like to start off with a white fur suit, and add all the colors by spraying the fabric dyes?
