i've only had a few artists I can actually feel comfortable chatting with (like i'm not bothering them) when I commission them
TwinDrills is one of them, 
Luvythicus is another i haven't hit up in a long time. 
Nomonmomo is probably my chattiest artist friend (we collaaaaaaaaab) and we have a ball
HotBento over on dA (used to be KawaiiBentoBox) is cool as well, we're on Skype like all the time! or we usd to be, we both do work so no prob (o'.')=b
I'm SURE i'm forgetting some but i'll remember later
and of course I chat with non artists too, just not during commissions... obviously... since I don't commission them LOL
