Haven't decided yet I might Just Use Blender and code on it. It works really well. Though I might use RPG Maker, or Game maker 8 Pro. Really doesn't mater as long as you know what your doing.

Hm, unfortunately I can't program or compose, but I can work with the RPG Maker XP to create maps and events on it. That's no problem for me, just scripting isn't a good thing for me.

Oh, than I think is the RPG Maker XP no option, sorry. But of course I hope you can find enough people to help at your project. I'm sure it could be interesting to get some infos of the process or help in other wise because it's a really cool idea.
