Conditions
You agreed and sign with the following TOS when you send the payment.
DON'T spam, beg or insult me for commish or adopt please.
You're not allowed to copy, retraced or anything else on my art.
You're a NOT allowed to use my art without my permission, except if it's your character.

I do and I don't
I DON'T draw gore (except candy gore), +18 and related ; or stolen character and racism/facism/related ideas.
I DON'T draw furry, anthro or human, neither mecha, hyper or vore.
I DO draw original character, fan art, ferral (every animals and fantasy) with stuff or not.
I tend to prefer choose the poses -according to my inspiration- but you can suggest emotions, moods, etc.
I've a cute-round style for joy and smiles, not for hatred and violence.
Adopt have the same ToS.

About my art
I make between one and three art per weeks. So, watch carefully my queue list to know where you are and when you can have your command.
This can be slow, but remember : i've also a life and i need time to draw. I don't send expeditive art, or art i don't like.
All my art are signed/marked, commish or adopt. Please, don't remove it, or i can considerate this like stealing.
Commissioned art or adopts could be upload with my credits.
If someone sell you my art pretending to be the owner/drawer, you can send me a note and a note to the administrator : it's a thief.
You can't my art for commercial purposes such as collages, social media icons, badges, etc. even if you credit me for the artwork.
Printing of commissioned works is allowed for personal uses ONLY and by the commissioner, and no profits can be received from it.
You may NOT use my art and/or characters for RPG or anything of the sort, except if it's your commish/character.
I always send sketch via note. You can say what is wrong in this sketch, and i'll fix it. If you say it's ok, i continue with line and colo. Any errors which aren't pointed by you on the sketch can't be fixed. If the errors are on the colors, it's ok, i can fix it.
You must credit me for the original design for adopt and art for commish. I'm the original creator or designer so, please, don't say it's your art. It's your character, but not your idea, design.
Trade or gift your adopt is alright, but notify me via note or comment to change the owner's name/user.

Payment
I'll start your commish after payment.
I DON'T accept art / art slavery as payment.
Payment methods are: via Paypal (in USD$) or Deviantart points.
I DON'T accept multiples users paying for an adopt. If you co-own one, one user must send all the payment.
There are NOT REFUNDS after I accepted the commission/custom, adoptable payment and related. If you don't have the money/points or later you're not able to pay, I erased your name from my queue list.
