I guess it's altogether possible that some might miss my sporadic activity here. I feel
that I might as well qualify my silence, lack of new pics (I still got around 50 to upload...),
slow response to messages and 'thankyou's.
The first week of September was manic, like, very. The last week of August and
first week of September were some of the shortest workweeks of my life. After that I
had a brief holiday with Cho Cha, watching a metric ton of Netflix! Bliss!
Since then I've just been trying to get back I to the groove, but the more I look at it
I've no clue how I'm going to cope at work... I'm not looking for sympathy, I just wish
to explain why you haven't heard from me and why I might act like I want to pull all
my hair out.
For the immediate future, my online presence might dwindle further. I've applied to
the Open University, a distance learning College, to study Psychology and Computing.
I'm still fighting with Student Finance UK to get my student loan approved. Being
foreign has it's downsides, it's not all just sexy accents and suave attitudes, y'know?
So, with any luck I'll be a fulltime student in a few weeks. This means that I'll be
working 2.5 days a week and studying 5 days a week. Quick maths shows that my
week will roughly be 7.5 days, with no breaks. It'll be fine though! I'll tough it out!
I might be a little grumpy and knackered over the coming 3 years though, but in
the end it should all be worthwhile.
I've hinted at some projects to some of my friends, and, with any luck, after college,
or maybe during, I'll be in a position where I feel like I will be able to accomplish
these ambitious plans!
