You are responsible for reading these rules and terms of service before you commission me. (subject to change at any time, notifications will be given when change occurs.)
I am not responsible for misunderstandings about these terms, or what they contain therein.
If something from these terms is unclear, feel free to note me.
I have the right to deny any commission for any reason I see fit.
You MUST be 18 or older to commission me.
What I will not draw/sculpt:
First off, know that there are some things that I do not draw or sculpt. These things include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Scat, Watersports, or Flatulence
- Babyfur/regression/cub
- Hyper (muscle, fat, or inflation)
- Extreme vore
- Non-consensual
What I WILL draw/sculpt:
- Pornography (any gender and sexual orientation)
- Gore (standard gore and candy gore)
- Transformation
- Feet/paws
- All species
I reserve the right to refuse subject matters that I find uncomfortable. This is MY personal threshold and is non-debatable.
I will not draw pornography of a character without the owner's explicit consent.
* If you are unsure if your material is acceptable, feel free to note me and I will let you know! :)

You may also note me via FurAffinity, but please give time to respond.
You may request a livestream, or progress shots (you may request as many progress shots as you like) during the process. Keeping good a frequent communication helps us both. :)
Payment
I take payment through Paypal ONLY.
I require up-front payment upon starting the work. I can work out payment plans if the commission is more expensive, but I require a deposit of some kind. The amount of the deposit will vary. Full payment is required before receiving the completed high-res/sculpted work.
If payment is not made, I reserve the right to keep the work and do with it what I like (including generic re-shaping/drawing and reselling as a YCH or similar therein).
Changes to work:
All WIPs will be low-res and watermarked.
2D art: I will send you a sketch of the desired picture. After that time, please let me know if you would like any changes. If the work is finished (colored and shaded to your liking) and you request changes, large or multiple changes may be subject to additional payment depending on how much you would like changed.
3D art: I will send as many progress shots of your sculpture as you request, from any angle. I will send you a rough sculpt shot for your approval on head angles, expression, ect. You may request small changes to the rough sculpt, but large changes may be subject to additional payments. If you would like the sculpt completely redone or would like a new character, you may have to pay for a new sculpture, depending on the stage of progress. I will send shots of the sculpture from multiple angles when the sculpt is done just before the baking process. Changes to the sculpt CANNOT be made after it is baked!
- I will send you progress shots when the sculpt has the base colors and paint (before shading). If you require large color changes, you may be subject to additional cost.
- If I forget a detail, please be sure to let know! I would like to make you character as accurately as possible! :) It is very important to let me know everything up front in your initial note/e-mail.
Materials I use (3D):
I use a blend of Sculpey Firm and Super Sculpey, BeesPutty, and Cosclay for most work. Some sculptures may use more than 1 type of clay. Larger sculptures will require armatures of wire and foil. I paint with water-based acrylic paints. Please keep in mind that I will try my best to get the colors as accurate as possible, but they may not be 100% due to difficulty mixing paint. I may use a high-gloss or matte sealer upon request. The whole figure can be glossed by request, but otherwise shall only have glossed points (eyes, teeth, claws, etc)
Damages (3D):
I am not responsible for chips, breaks, or damages that occur once the sculpture has left my possession. I am not responsible for missing packages or damages that occur once it is shipped through the postal service. I will provide a delivery confirmation number as proof that the item has been shipped. Know that these sculptures are not indestructible and CAN break. They are to be handled with care.
Time and Completion:
I try to keep clients happy by completing their commission in a timely manner. Please be aware, however, that I suffer with a painful disability and I may not be able to work on your piece full-time. Be aware that I may be working on more than one commission (by order in which payment is received), so the time of completion may be extended. Please let me know if you need a deadline met within reason! :) Feel free to contact me whenever you like to check up on the progress of your commission. I simply ask that you be considerate and allow reasonable time for the completion.
Refunds:
I offer full refunds if I cannot complete the commission.
*Requested Refunds*
The amount I refund relies on how much work I have done on the piece, and how much the client has already paid.
- If the commission is not yet started, a full refund/full amount deposited, will be provided.
- If the commission has been started, the percentage of completion will determine the refund amount.
- If an artwork is halfway done or more, or if clay sculptures have been baked, refunds will NOT be provided.
- (3D) A down payment is required before the sculpture is begun. I require full payment before I ship a piece. If payment is not received, I reserve the right to keep the sculpture and do with it what I like (including generic re-shaping and sale at lower cost).

Do you do International Shipping?
I do indeed. I can ship to anywhere in the world (unless your country has laws or bans that prevent it at the time). However, shipping outside of the US will be an additional cost, unfortunately.
I was also made aware of customs charging the recipient once the package arrives. I'm not sure about other countries, but I know this happens in the UK. To my knowledge, customs charges before you can pick up the package based on a percentage of the item's value. I really hate customs, they're nothing but a pain.
