3DS Stuff

General
So I got a 3DS XL at the beginning of this year because I was tired of cell phone games. So far the only games worth playing have been Pokemon Y, Mario Kart 7, Mii Plaza Games, a short Farming Simulator phase, Excite Bike, and 3D Colors. I beat Pokemon Y and playing online is time consuming (takes more time to start a match than it does to play it... if they don't back out when loosing). Mario Kart got old (still fun on flights). Mii Plaza games is still fun (as long as your battery doesn't die before you get 10 street passes). Farming Simulator hits a dead end after a while (both PC and 3DS). Excite Bike is only fun for a few minutes. 3D Colors takes a while, I put a lot of time into a Batman/Ironman drawing, but for some reason when I export it includes everything I've ever erased.
I've tried just about every demo, but nothing good so far.
Some upcoming releases that look interesting though.
Pokemon Art Academy. Pro, looks very detailed in instructions from novice to expert (i'm really not all that good at drawing unless I take hours to do so). Con, it's priced at $40. Releases 24-Oct-2014.
Super Smash Bros 3DS. Pro, I've played the demo and it's definitely worth it! has a full console play-ability feel to it. Con, may possibly be watered down from the Wii U version, didn't see a story mode. Side note, with all 3DS games, running them in 3D mode puts twice the strain on the GPU, usually games will drop frame rate to keep up with the graphics. Being a fast paced game, instead of dropping frames, I've noticed there's no Anti-aliasing, but in 2D mode the textures are much smoother. In either mode the game runs smoothly. Releases 03-Oct-2014.
And finally Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. Pro, another well made game that should hopefully take a while to properly beat. Con, game play looks exactly like X and Y, like a money-pot CoD repeat game. Releases 21-Nov-2014
So there's my 2 cents, if any one want's to add me just let me know.
