I am scared and angry, I was playing a video game when my mom came in looking for her missing pair of jeans. She took one look at the clothes on my closet floor and demanded to know why they were there.the first thing I said was I am sorry

Mom back handed me and shouted, "I do not want to hear I am sorry. It does not mean anything to me because you say it all the time."
Now I am both angry and scared of my mom. I do not know what to do. Help
