Oh am I going to get it now. I thrive on this.
So, recently I have been doing some thinking on my beloved country. I love her, I really do, but things need to be said about people...leaders of the free world...in general.
First off, Pelosi. Where was my vote for speaker of the house first off? I didn't vote for this woman EVER! How did she become the THIRD most powerful person in the world (debatable, I know). This woman defines SOCIALISM in it's purest form. However, I understand how she got the job from San Fransisco...she pushes for LGBT rights and in all reality, how could she lose in that city? Still, are you telling me that Democrat now equals Socialist?
Second, and I am breaking a cardinal rule of mine saying this by bad mouthing the current president, but WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU? I mean it. This guy is more clueless about how to run the country then WASHINGTON. Am I saying our founding father is a retard, no. What I am saying is that he didn't have a clue how to run the country and now, 232 years after our independence from England, we are looking at him to run our country. The guy couldn't even light a FIREPLACE right. He isn't a politician, he's a status symbol.
Third, the media. Enough said. I knew in September that Obama was going to win because of three things. One, the only news I saw of him was positive and everyone thought he was GOD. Second, a study run by George Mason University saw 65%...I pause to let it sink in...65% positive coverage of Obama and only 36% positive for John McCain. Third, the day I saw Whoopi Goldberg ask John McCain if she was going to be sold back into slavery, joke or not, was something I just gave up on. Did I vote for McCain because of the media, no. Did I vote for McCain because I am white and so was he, no. Did I vote for McCain because of religon, sex, region, or experience, no. I voted for John McCain because I didn't, and still don't, like Obama's plans for my country.
Lastly, the 2009 Stimulus Bill. If you have been living under a rock or just don't watch the news, I really don't blame you for the last part, head here:

This gives a list of things that are on the "no earmarks" Stimulus Bill our beloved president and his socialist speaker of the house have passed in the House. Go look at this thing and answer these burning questions:
How does Puerto Rico get money from our tax dollars if they don't pay taxes?
How does $100,000 for doorbells in MS help stimulate the economy, or really anything on this list for that matter?
How did this pass by our elected officials in the house without so much as a bat of the eye from the majority?
Does this make our free falling economy better in anyway?
My list of questions goes on folks. Want to assist me in stopping us from a brand new "New Deal," which for those who actually say yes need to know did not bring us out of the great depression but was in fact a hindrance until WWII, then call your senators. Everyone who scratches your head at this, call them.

Reasons like all this, are reasons I stare at the floor instead of the news at the gym.
And all this shit, is why I hate politics.
Bridgette and I were right, what we need right now is a HUGE ASS natural disaster, and while all that goes on, her and I will be on a hill in Sand Canyon with our food and blankets and shelter going "Ha."
