The dances were fun, the charity was awesome, (especially the panels they hosted and the animals they brought, yay for the dancing Macaw and the laughing Kookaburra!) and it was great seeing everyone again as well as meeting some new people. I got some excellent suggestions, ideas, and inspirations for improving my suit that I'll hopefully be able to find the time to complete. We collected an awesome flock of birds for the parade and managed to stay together, and the bird party that night was awesome. I'm still recovering from lack of sleep and the jolt of back to work again, but all and all it was great and I'd do it all again!
