They were about two years old.
Not a lot has changed, except what I will and won't draw.

PLEASE read and look it over before commissioning me.

TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me you are agreeing to have read and understood these terms.
I have the right to deny any commission at any time.
I have the right to change terms at any time.[/center]


What I LIKE to draw:
Females and feminine themes, canines

What I WILL draw:
Anthros, ferals, artistic nudity, pin up work, adult content (varies), MLP characters, lolita and other fashion

What I will NOT draw:
Males, masculine subjects/themes, copyrighted characters, references sheets, vore, humans, certain species (avians, scalies/reptilians) baby fur/kid fur, and most fetishes

Please ask me if you have any questions about what I will and will not draw! I do make exceptions from time to time and I am willing to try new and/or challenging subjects when I have the time to do so.

PAYMENT:
I accept payments in USD through PayPal ONLY.
-All payments can be sent to lexipupcakes[at]gmail.com
-Payment MUST be sent upfront (unless said otherwise).
-Commissions will not be finished until full payment is made.


COMMISSIONER RIGHTS:

You May:
-Upload all commission pieces to your accounts on other websites as long as my name or a link back to me are listed.
-Resize any images to use as an icon, etc.
-Print out any work for personal use.

You may NOT:
-Claim any of my work as your own.
-Sell my work or make profit from it.
-Repost WITHOUT crediting back to me in any form.
-Remove my watermarks or signature.
-Having yourself or another artist edit my work without my permission.


REFERENCES:
-When commissioning, I require you provide me an updated, correct reference that has at least 2 views for me to work with (front and back view at least).
- If commissioning an icon, bust, or badge, I ask that you provide a head shot reference for me to work off of.
-I will NOT work off text/worded descriptions.


CHANGES/REVISIONS:
- Work in progress sketches (WIPS) are for you the commissioner to make any changes before I continue to finish your commission. Please feel free to tell me if anything needs to be fixed.
- I do not always provide a WIPS with every commission, however if you'd like to see one before your commission is completed, please don't hesitate to ask! I am more than happy to provide you with one.
- After you approve the WIPS/or after a payment is received, I will finish your commission.
- Things such a pose, expression, markings, or any major will be charged an extra fee (unless it is something I have missed) if not corrected upon the WIPS. Charge fee will depend on work that is needed to be added or changed.
- Never hesitate to message me about changes! I want all my commissioners to be 100% happy and satisfied with their artwork!


REFUNDS:
-Refunds will be given back 100% if I have not started any work.
-If any work is started, you will receive a partial refund up to what I have completed.


OTHER:
- When giving details about what you would like, please state whether characters are plantigrade or digitigrade as some references do not specify.
- Also provide info if you are alright with artistic nude (as most of my work is consisted of artistic nudity), if not provide information of what you’d like characters to be wearing.
- If you have a deadline for any work, please tell me asap, not the night before.
