I've been streaming quite a bit lately, and my music playlist is starting to get repetitive. So link me with some tunes you guys like and maybe I'll find some stuff to add to my streaming list! :D
I already gave a couple 80's albums I personally really like. You seem to like instrumentals more than regular songs with sung lyrics. Let's see what I can pull from my 80's and 70's playlist.
I'm a big Electric Light Orchestra fan and I already had you listen to Time, so instead of linking albums here's a few pieces that might suit your stream and tastes that are instrumentals.
I wish I could link to their Out of the Blue album, basically their crown achievement but it's gone from youtube. If you want an experience though this album is still up. Eldorado was their concept album about dreamers, and in a way artists. It's not for everyone, but it's almost like Dark Side of the Moon in that it's more an experience. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aUo7.....49D1545D44EB25
Another favorite of mine, The Atlanta Rhythm Section, with some of the smoothest rock you'll ever hear.
Thomas Dolby is obligatory for the early 80's, The Golden Age of Wireless is something to listen to you if you like 80's synth since he was so instrumental in the genre.
Peter Gabriel was another 80's artist that did some great pop, and his music videos were even better! He might be a little too wordy for you, but check him out.
start at number 4 and go from there.
( I don't know what happened to 1-3)
Hopefully you'll enjoy.
