So how u guys been? :D hopefully good :).
How to start this...uhm...ok! so i'm almost through with some commissions :) and i have been planning to do some streaming commissions this month, which i will start in October 10th! Now please don't make any reservations now, make reservations untill that same day (October 10th) o v o! I will post an information reference of what kind of stream commissions im gonna do and price and everything so ;) wait until then, besides Smash Bros is coming out! im gonna get it on my 3DS :3 if u like to play with this boid and let me know ;3.
Hope to see you 'till then and have a great Pumpkin season ;).
Now the first movie i watched for october first was a double whammy: BrainDead and Slither!
This is just a smallpoint of view of these movies, don't expect a mega review.
BrainDead:
This movie keeps surprising me every time i see it, and i saw it like 4 times, was directed by Peter Jackson and you can tell the huge influence he had when he loved Larry Kaufman's movies, it is a raw, disgusting, over the top, cartoonish masterpiece, kinda like what happens if Ren and Stimpy was made in real life, i do enjoy it's quarkiness and over the top gore and imaginitive body explosions and stuff XD, if you like gorefest movies with a touch of cartoonish humor, check it out!
Slither:
Before Guardians of the Galaxy James Gunn directed Slither a homage to the gorefest of horror cheese movies from the 80's, James Gunn brought us how a movie would look like that in today's standars and it worked pretty well on it's own, this is a simple fun movie to enjoy with it's humor and worms, not sure how to call this one, i kinda wanna call it Pussfest cuz there's barely blood in it and it's always great to see a movie that has fun with itself including the cast, make up artists, writers and producers to just go out and have fun with the art of cinema, specially if it has puss and bloated bodies in it. WATCH IT o ^ O.
I wonder what i should do tonight? maybe play some horror games :B and i would love to know what are your fav horror movies or to make it better, gorey over the top horror cheese flick!
see you till then ;D

FA+

Followed pretty close by In The Mouth Of Madness. Same director, actually part of a sort of trilogy of his.
Though neither are gory in the traditional sense.

XD El trailer de la ultima la explica genial
Speaking of Eli Roth, I'm eager to see Clown when it finally comes out. I don't expect it to be scary, but I think that it's going to be fun to watch.

And yeah - it was funny creepy cartoon or interactive cartoon like Dragons Lair
"I'm Bill Pardy"
Another good b-movie with over the top gore is 'Story of Ricky' or Riki-Oh. Real cheesy and funny tho haha
If you want some genuinely good horror.. Hmm..heres a few from my shelf
Ichi the Killer
Dawn of the Dead
Re-Animator
The Fly (1986)
The Shining
Trick R Treat
But dude for sheer lol check out 'Stitches' with Ross Noble =D
Speaking of awesome lovecraftian adaptations like Re-Animator, I gotta mention From Beyond.
I also pray Guillermo del Toro eventually manages to complete and release At The Mountains of Madness.
