Hello All! This is the section where you can see my TOS! YAY
First and Foremost
I have the right to refuse ANY commission, for ANY reason.
Please have accurate references. There is NOTHING worse than someone who wants to commission you and they dont have a character thought out! *
Visual and Written references are acceptable!
I only discuss commissions through email, or Notes. Unless it is a YCH or Adoptable!
You must pay shipping on traditional pieces unless you have ordered at a convention. NO IFS ANDS OR BUTS!
Please note me if you are interested in commissioning me!
*If you need help making a character, let me know! I love making them!!!
Payments
Payments will be accepted via PAYPAL only over the internet.
Cash and SQUARE will be accepted at conventions ONLY
When sending payment, please put your name in the comments section
Send payment under SERVICES
DO NOT USE THESE TERMS IN YOUR PAYPAL ORDER: Furry, Anthro, FA, FurAffinity, Artwork,
The only currency that will be accepted will be USD (US Dollars)
Before sending payment, please wait for me to confirm.
PAYMENT PLANS CAN BE ARRANGED!
Edits and Progress
I will NOT move on with a piece until I have confirmation from you via emails.
I MUST have communication with you throughout the process. The sooner you email me back, the sooner your commission gets done, and the less of a risk you have for your commission to fall through the cracks.
Edits will only be accepted in the following tiers for pose/expression: Sketch/Line
Edits for color will only be accepted on the flat color stage
3 edits max on every tier
Please do NOT ask for updates on your work every day. I work on several at a time, so I may not have gotten to yours that day!
Edits include SMALL details. If I have to redraw a pose, you will be charged for the base sketch price for the new pose.
Rushes and Deadlines
Deadlines CAN be requested
Anything within the first 10 days after ordering will be considered rush.
Rush orders will be HALF of your total commission price. ie: $20+ ½= $30
Refunds
Refunds are only given on commissions that have NOT been started
If I decide to cancel a commission, you will be refunded.
I reserve the right to cancel a commission at ANY time, for ANY reason.
Commissioner’s Rights
You may NOT use my (Zell Infurno/Ashleigh Riley) art for profit for ANY reason. Even if it is a commission that is of your character.
You may NOT edit your commission without my permission.
You may ink and color a sketch done by me.
You however CANNOT edit details on a finished piece. IE Colored sketch, lineart, flat, etc.
You MAY repost your commission as long as MY watermark is intact and credit is given back to ME. LINK required, and a note saying you have reposted is required please.
I am more than happy to fix something on a commission if you are truly unhappy with it! Please ask me instead of going to your friends and other artists!
You may request your commission to be private! I understand that you may not wish to let your “dirty laundry” air out all over the internet.
You are NOT paying for the rights to the art, just the rights to my services.
My Rights
I reserve the right to post your commission on any of my websites/social media unless it is ordered as a private commission.
I reserve the rights to my own art.
I reserve the right to update my TOS at any time without notice.
