As for relationship advice, what I do is treat any time with your person of interest like you would with any other friend. It doesn't have to be super special, chances are if she likes you as a person (the way you'd act around any other friends), then she probably wouldn't be opposed to considering a relationship. Asking them out is kind of another story though XD
Just look for an opportunity to take her somewhere special and don't make a huge deal out of it. The more comfortable you make her feel, the better.
If a girl scorns you for asking her out she isn't worth your time anyway!!
