Guessing someone tried to send you their terms of service?

Haha not really but I've seen how many people have their "commissioner's terms" and some of them are just.... ehhh kinda intrusive with the artist's needs. I prefer not to deal with troubles like those, than to see how a person makes an improper use of my art, even though it's something kinda unavoidable to try to stop people infringing your artist's terms.

I saw some people with those, many time ago... it's been like a year or so since the last time I saw one, but when I did it was like..... eehnope. So as I've been reading some ToS examples and one of them reminded me of it, I've considered it appropriate to add it to mine =w=u!
