Artists and people of FA, I need your opinion!!

So, I'm the head admin of Free Furry Art on Facebook. One of my admins is tracing other artists work. She is not getting permission, and I am not sure if she is even giving credit, but I hear that she is not.
My boyfriend feels as though if you put your art on the internet, its free game. I understand where he is coming from, but I as a writer would be pissed if someone took my work and rearranged my work to make it their own. I have some of my writings up on the internet and I don't fee as though it is "free game".
Now this admin has the AAT (artists against theft) group on her. My other admins want to know what I will do about this matter.
Other members say they leave if this keeps happening for they are scared as artists.
But, this admin is a good admin and a friend. I am not biased, which is why I am wondering what I should do.
Any thoughts?

"Make sure you always receive proper credit for any use of your art; that's the most important part. Whenever possible, have the users provide contact information along with your name. This way, anyone interested in owning your art can easily get in touch with you."

The fact that something is posted on the Internet does not give you or me the right to copy and distribute it freely. Unless a work’s creator expressly gives up his or her rights, those right are reserved. If you use a copyrighted work without permission and your use doesn’t qualify as a fair use, that’s copyright infringement.

also notice any art posted onto FurAffinity has under it a © tag
its the same (discreetly) in FaceBook
hope this helps
no art should be traced and posted
let alone without proper acknowledgment of the original artist
Good luck with your problem and I hope you do something about it.
To be honest your group seems to be prospering which is very hard to achieve, I don't think her ignorance is worth the loss of you and the other admin's achievements.
