RULES:
I WILL NEGOTIATE ON WHAT IS/IS NOT ON THESE REFERENCE SHEETS
My commissions are not to be used for commercial use
DO NOT send me any form of payment without me accepting your commission
Please pay half before I start to ensure you are serious about commissioning me, I will tell you when to pay the other half
I will accept both points and paypal (Paypal: YOU PAY THE FEES)
I do have the right to reject your commission!
I require a color pallet as well as some form of design
** IF you do NOT have a full body of the character you wish for me to draw I do require some sort of reference as to things such as shoes, hats, accessories esc.

And Pretty much everything else that isnt on my "Will Not" list
