It's official god wants me dead

I just woke up ... Coughing and peeing blood ... I kid you not I'm in pain and scared ... It's never been so hard to pee before ... I can't afford more medical bills fml .. God hates me I swear ..
They charges me 160 for the check up in peeing for a cup and letting them take my blood alone .. And then
They are gonna make me go get a CT cause I have either blood clots , kidney stone, kidney disease or UTI
Me AT LEAST 275 T.T
Good news any prescription needed after that is free provided since I already paid for the clinic . And well if I need sugery ... Idk ..
