RIP Maddy 2004-2014
I know not a lot you realize that I have pets, and many of you don't know much about me other than a face, but today I recently received news upon coming back home from one of my classes that really just made the world stop:
Our Scottish Terrier, Maddy, is dieing from a massive tumor in her belly.
Taking up most of the space inside her, it's pushing on her lungs and on most of her insides and will eventually burst..
So it's the hardest decision of the family that we'll have to put her down in the next few days.
I hardly cry, but this hurts more than me losing friends in the service because I was there to help raise her from being a puppy, to hearing her bark happily when we come home, or take her on the many Scotty dog rallies here in Wisconsin..
It'll be incredibly painful to see her go, but it will lessen her pain, and we'll know she'll be in a better place.
I love you, Maddy girl. You will always be tugging at my heart.
