limits OHV use to state run facilities? bullshit! what about the thousands of trails maintained by the forest service? or for street legal vehicles, the thousands and thousands of miles of forest roads?

ive never really had that problem with endangered species or some other hippie thing. They only close trails and roads around here for erosion control or rehabilitation of plant life, which is understandable. But for now, most of the trails and roads are still open, so i'm gonna enjoy the fuck outta them while i can, lol
