So I have been doing a lot of sketching lately and I find it incredibly fun. It is so loose and carefree. When I work on commissions I am always keeping in mind what the commissioner wants and doing my best to provide an enjoyable experience. I love working on commissions but it is nice to change things up and do something a little more relaxed. I want to do something that is not just about me though, I want to include all the wonderful people who have supported my artwork and helped me realize how great a community this fandom can be. Starting next week I am going to start holding journal based events where I provide three sexy or adventurous themes and my watchers can put forward a character of theirs to participate. Then I can hand pick a few and use a number generator to decide the winner. The winner will then get a sketch of their character in that week's theme from me!~
I think this idea sounds awesome! To start things off I am submitting the themes for this week! The winners will be chosen Monday, October 13th and the next week's themes will be announced!
To apply for a chance at this weekly prize you must be watching me (this is to reward my watchers after all). I will be checking once I choose the winners and before I announce them to the public, there will be no "please watch so you can have a prize" messages. please submit the following in response to this journal:
A) Character Name and reference link.
B) The Rating level you would prefer
C) Special notes or requests for the theme.
This week's themes are:
TENTACLES - Your character submitted either willingly or otherwise to whatever devious tentacle creature I can come up with. (No worries if there is a creature it will not be hideously grotesque...this is a sexy picture after all!)
FANTASY PIN UP - A fantasy style work where I draw characters in a mystical setting based around magic, the "ye olde" time period and literature such as Lord of the Rings, wheel of time etc.
SHOWER PIN UP - Your character enjoying a relaxing shower/sauna/bath house experience in modern, future, or fantasy theme
Themes can be anywhere from mature (sexual but not explicit interaction) to adult (explicit or highly sexual content) rated this week. The picture will be a colored sketch of the winner's character done by me.
Edit: Wow everyone I honestly did not expect such a turn out for this! Still have till Monday to determine a winner but I may end it early on Friday and allow for a second winner to show how much I appreciate seeing so many of you come out for this.
Edit2.0: It should also be established that the winners for this week will not be eligible for next weeks prizes to keep things fair~
