After brushing off some of my old books ive decided im going to fight the ticket under the grounds of extenuating circumstances due to the fact that i wasn't walking my dogs off leash they had escaped and it was an emergency on top of the the animal control officers who handled the situation did not do so with the urgency required of there job even stopping to tell me my dog was running to a busy street and then trying to stop me for my ID after having just done so.

anyone else with a bit of legal knowledge care to chime in I'm pretty sure that on these grounds i can fight the ticket and win but Id like a second opinion
