Damn cold, get out of my life!
Been really sick over the last few days. When the cold hit me, it hit me good this time. Felt like I had the flu and the cold at the same time. Although I'm feeling better now, all that lingers now is the congestion. Won't be long before I get my singing voice back, and in due time, I'll be able to start recording again.
Speaking of recording, I recently sent over the hard copy files for my greatest hits compilations volumes 1 & 2. I separated the more appreciated songs into two categories: furry and non-furry, hence the two volumes of hits. Once these two compilations are in full swing, I'll be able to start working on my next full-length album, "Incoming!", featuring a musical homage to the classic battle between an army of squirrels and one pissed-off human.
In other news, my next horror novel, "Brandish Mountain" will be released in April. All that's left is to collaborate with my publisher on the front cover illustration, to make sure I have all the dimensions right. Was quite a productive end-of-year indeed.
Although I don't have any audio samples to download from the new album just yet, I do have some recent live tracks I uploaded a couple days ago. Perhaps after I've released a couple more full-length studio albums, I'll start to work on a live album for my parody works. Already got Welcome to McDOnalds recorded, since that's the main song everyone in Columbus wants me to perform. Meanwhile I'm standing there thinking, "Well, I do sing other parody songs too," but there's something about McDonalds that people want to hear over and over again. We'll see how people fare with songs like "Whore in my Lap" or "Ice Within Your Veins" heh heh
Nothing much else to report as of now, other than the fact that I downloaded the new Windows 7 Beta. It's strongly based on Vista technology, with a few extra bells and whistles that were lacking. It's not bad so far, and it seemed to help fix the problems I've had with Vista. Can Microsoft be ready for a full time release next year when 7 is fully ready? Will it be the next XP? We have but to wait and wonder. I'll definitely be interested in upgrading when the new version is released.
I will repost again when I get over this congestion and get ready to start the Time Machine Show back up again. I've been asked by various people about the status of the show, but there's no way I can fully broadcast until my voice comes back.
Stay tuned, and I'll see you on the flip side!

FA+

For me, I have allergies... so that's like a 24/7 cold.
Colds go away eventually. Allergies do not.
Do get better soon, man. ;)
Oh, and a free plug on Radio Unifurse for you!
