I suppose you can write something, but I don't see the point per se. If it's only by a little, it's pretty much just tacking on a scene or two, and if it's by a lot, you'd probably be better served just writing a story following the same general idea.

But I don't really mind, no.
As for reading it, it's possible, but not likely. I only read maybe a twentieth of the stories that pass under my nose on FA, and even that's a fairly rare occurence. I just don't have the time to spend reading. (Writing snippets is something I'll do while watching something, or in the middle of playing a game, reading requires more concentration)
