interesting week for sure and good to see FA back up along with other sites that were hit. Guess the dingbats ran out of their stolen cash to keep the DDOS going. To do an attack that goes up and beyond 10GB had to be unbelievably expensive but what can ya do, eh? Least it is over and things back to normal.

I thought DDOS attacks were done by zombie nodes (computers and servers that were hacked because of unpatched exploits existing) and they would rely on the connection the zombie node had. I could definitely see a system admin finding his website is offline because he hit his data cap in an hour.
