If anyone knows any artist that's open for commissions and that they are experienced with dragons, nagas, or both, please post them here (or yourself if you're good at that). My price LIMIT is $40. That's reasonable moving on too expensive for one-character art that's colored and shaded... closer to too expensive so it'd take a very good and experienced artist for THAT price.
