Hi everyone! Phew, what a week/weekend this was, huh?
The DDoS attack hit everyone who uses the site quite hard. I apologize deeply for any inconvenience.
I normally use Google Docs and Trello and keep all my info off of FurAffinity, but for the Super Smash Bros. badges I did a special promotions where it was done via journal comments, so I had the inability to access that information while the site was down. :(
I am so thankful some of my customers found me on Twitter and were able to get in touch with me so I could work on their commissions while FA was down.
To remedy this from ever happening again, if I do a journal special I will be copying all comments and refs into Google docs. I feel silly for not thinking to do this before... But I (as I'm sure you too!) weren't expecting this DDoS attack or down time at ALL. D:
Later today I will be opening for commissions, 5 Super Smash Bros. Badge slots and 5 all other commissions (including Halloween) slots!
I will be taking extra precaution to back up any and all information given to me on FurAffinity.

I usually don't use Trello for commissions (I use it for design work), but now that I think of it they would work really well, so I'm not sure why I didn't think of that, haha. And it would give an easier form of reference, so thanks for the idea. xD;;
Like I said... I normally 99% of the time use Google Docs, however this one time I did a special on a journal and just had people comment to make it easier and faster. And sure enough, FA goes down a few days later.
And yes, Trello is fantastic and it's also great to give to my customers so they can see where they are in my queue and progress on certain projects. :D I also post Notices there and such.
