In my LARPing experience, body paint will get everywhere regardless of how good of quality paint you get. The best I can suggest is getting basic acrylic paints and watering them down, about 3 paint to 1 water ratio. This will let it set better on your skin and crack far less. It also then will come off less easily with sweat, but can still be removed with a baby wipe and a good shower.

As for keeping it from getting onto everything, I can suggest maybe some baby powder applied over the paint once it's dry/almost dry. Never tried this method, but I've heard it helps it from rubbing off on everything.

I know tried bodypaint that requires rubbing alcohol to remove, ask him perhaps?

I'll ask a friend who body-painted me a couple years ago. What he used was alcohol-based, but was also applied with an airbrush. I'll ask him later tonight when he's home from work.

to be honest I dont know, but I do know if you go to reject shops or like your junk shops, not sure what you call them, you can usually find they'll stock in themes and even in aus where we dont celebrate Halloween we have these and usually they'll have halloween face paints, nice and cheap generally consisting of green, white, red, or blue :)
