I will never walk again!

Well not really...
But, I'm just in really shitty health all of a sudden.
I slipped on some ice and totally torqued my legs in like two spots, the knee the worse and it sends shooting pains down my leg anytime I take more than 5 steps.
It's actually kind of a funny story. I was following my cousin out of our grandma's house and I was gonna drive behind him and follow his car home. Riiiight when he gets in his vehicle, I slip at the end of the driveway, not more than 15 ft behind his vehicle.
I'm writhing in pain, afraid to even move as I lat flat on my back literally going "oh gawd, oh gawd, oh gawd..." over and over again. And, after about 10 seconds of laying there he drive off. I'm all like... "Nooooooo." *paws at the air*
Reminds me of Titanic, "Come… come back… come back…"
Hahaha... it's pretty funny. I eventually managed to make it back into my grandma's place as I was quickly surrounded by the rest of my aunts and uncles after responding to my moaning like a camel. Hahah... Eventually I made it outta there all high off adrenaline I suppose but when I went to bed and this morning it feels worse than before. I can't even walk on it. And, I obviously don't have health insurance, but I'm not going to take the same risk I did when I fucked up my arm recently, went in, and it was just a traumatized muscle or something. And, paying that bill wasn't fun. I'm almost positive it isn't some kinda break because that wouldn't make sense with how I fell. I'll wait it out.
Plus, I have a sore throat, watery eyes, and runny nose! Hahaha… good times!

ANYWAYS! The only solution to this problem is to become extremely manly and heal your muscles by channeling you bio energy or some crap like those new age people tell you to do.
I"M IN MA KNEE! CHARGIN MA BIO ENERGY!
Hopefully you'll recover with out much damage
I injured my ankle in football once and let it heal up without really stretching or using it, so the ligament healed very tight and constricted and it took about a year of stretching before it was absolutely fine again. The trick is to continue to use it up to a level that doesn't seem like it's actually injuring things more than what they are while in the healing process, and that way it will heal with far more normal functionality. It's painful, but a bit necessary.

I'm just a poor american in a trouble economy. If I don't see any real improvements in the next few days... I may go and get it checked out. But, last time I went to the doctor without medical insurance... I was bullshitted pretty hard and I felt like an idiot after I recovered pretty quickly afterwards and am fully healed today.
anyway, get well soon!
Thanks a lot.

I feel so guilty for laughing at this so hard, you have no idea.
I understand that you're not too thrilled with the idea of visitting the doctor (and paying a bill) but...please do. If the pain doesn't stop after two days, please go. As someone already said- it's better to make sure that everything is alright rather than suffer from the consequences of not getting help. Knee's are evil bastards (well, legs in general) and an injury like that can lead to a very nasty form of arthritis and believe me...you don't want to wriggle in pain everytime it's going to rain.
kashkan,anabkahkak;'l'alkanj get better soon ;_;
And srsly, stop getting yourself hurt D:<
Well, it's already feeling much better. It's a bit pretentious to say but I'm usually a lot tougher than I think I am, and I recover almost embarrassingly quickly from illness or injury, which makes me feel like a pansy for complaining at all. :|
Thanks for the concern though.
I'm glad it got better already, but...you know, I'm very suspicious when it comes to males (as sexist as that sounds) saying they're alright and stuff...if you really are alright then I'm happy BUT if you're just being a hero then gooo to the doctoooors, please. I'm sorry that I'm a bitch but but but...KNEES. Bleh...
It's cool man! And sorry to sound sexist, but dude are tough! We tank shit like no tomorrow.
