Terms of Service + Extra Information

•I WILL draw:
-SFW/NSFW Artwork
-Any gender
-BBW/SSBBW
-Pregnancy
-Hyper
-Most fetishes not shown in the "Won’t Draw" list! Just note me with any questions.
-OC or Fan-Art
•The following will cost extra (extra cost varies on the content):
-Alternate versions such as nude/clothed, futanari/herm, lactation, cum, etc.
-Complex props such as weapons (sword,bow & arrow,staffs/wands,etc)
-Detailed winged or alien characters.
-Detailed characters (with such things as complex markings, tattoos, etc)
-Watersports/Farting/Diapers
-Private Commissions (not posted anywhere) add a flat fee of $50 to the commission.
-Extra characters (price is per character)
-Rush/Deadline Orders available! Price decided on case-by-case basis.

-Nonconsensual adult art
-Babyfurs in a sexual situation
-Elderly characters

-Loli/Shota/Cub in a sexual situation (I will "age up" minor-aged characters however!)

•As the artist for your commission:
-I have the right to decline your commission for any reason.
-I maintain the rights to my artwork and can use it for any reasons such as promotional purposes.
-I have the right to share the commission anywhere I like, same goes if I don’t want to share it.

•As my awesome commissioner:
-You can share/post your commission wherever you want as long as credit is given!
-You can also use them as icons, etc as long as it’s for personal use.
-You CAN’T alter/edit my work without my permission (such as coloring a sketch or editing in any way, etc)
-You CAN’T use your commission for commercial purposes such as monetary gain, promote yourself, etc.
-You CAN'T use my art for NFT or AI involvement. (if found doing so you will be permanently blacklisted)
-You MUST be 18 years or older to purchase adult work. If I find out you are a minor, you will be black listed and will never be able to purchase from me again.

•Regarding payment and refunds:
-Payments are taken through PayPal only for now.
-All payments must be made in USD.
-Payment must be made upfront, no exceptions.
-Once you submit a commission and pay for it, you can’t cancel it.
-Most importantly, NO refunds UNLESS I myself don’t have the ability to complete your commission, such as no tablet, no internet, etc.
-All invoices will have a 6.5% sales tax added to it,please be aware of this when ordering

•Regarding how commissions will go:
-When Normal commissions are open, your slot is NOT secure until you pay for it.

-WIPs are available,however more than 1 WIP/larger edits will have an additional charge of $5.
WIPs/Changes are available in the sketch phase ONLY,and are not offered for sketch-only commissions.
