It's funny, I went through six kinds of hell replacing a fan on my old AGP graphics card. None of the fans I could find would fit. I did finally locate a fan that, while it ALSO did not fit, could be modified so that it would do the job. And then, shortly after that, I managed to scam a better, fan-less, card. Go figure. If you're interested in the details, I can scan the fixed card (still have it in my test box) and give you an idea what I did to mod it into place.

You also may want to check out Fry's Electronics (if they have a store in your area). I've been MOST impressed by the depth of their parts selection, and I imagine that if anyone WOULD have the right fan in stock, they'd be a good bet. The stores are great, but their website is pretty lame. Good hunting!
