literally the worst customer service i've ever had [rant]

i'm so stressed and upset i could cry
so i've been so hyped for halloween
not even trick or treating dude
just for going to school in my rad as hell costume
but no
i probably can't even do that
because let me tell you the story of retardation that is this seller
okay so it was probably amazon that ruined my address, as they always manage to
but my mask aka THE MOST IMPORTANT GOD DAMN PART OF THE COSTUME was shipped to the wrong place right?
people couldn't figure out where it was supposed to go right
gets sent back to the person by the 19th [aka when it arrived to them]
swear to god dude squidip deviantART and i have been trying to get them to ship it out again
and they're like 'yeah i'll call you bro or you can call me too blahblah'
NEVER CALL
NEVER ANSWER
AND THEY'RE ON FOR LIKE 5 MINUTES A DAY I SWEAR TO GOD THEY TAKE FOREVER TO REPLY
so since the 19th they've had

to get this mask to my house or at least SHIP IT out
and now the last resort if they can even manage to pick up or call or even REPLY TO THE EMAIL tomorrow is that we have to get two-day shipping
unfortunately, we don't have enough for that
so i'm just going to try to advertise commissions here on FA or something but

WHICH MEANS IT WILL ARRIVE ONE THE 31ST
