My tutu experience was around that age too. It's not like I knew any better, so I wasn't unwilling, per se. :)

My family and cousins "fears God" a little too much for that to have happened. I wish.

Fair enough. It's kinda embarrassing to reflect upon because everyone always says "that explains so much". :P

I was about two years of age and my sister (four years old at the time) was into ballet. She got the idea to dress me up in her pink tutu, double diaper me, and teach me how to dance like a swan.

She even put magnetic ear rings on me and painted my fingernails.



......Worse still, there's photographic evidence in the family albums. And I've got the stupidest grin on my face.

Oh, my! That's prime material right there. The photographic evidence is the worst part.

I was a "flat footed fairy" to my sister and her friend. While i never really dressed up, after I got caught wearing my sisters panties - i must have been around 7-8 and i did so because my sisters room was taboo, and the soft, thin, silky underwear she wore was nothing like the tighty whites i had and i wanted to know so i sneaked a pair, only to be discovered the next day by mom. - anyway, the flat footed fairy happened shortly thereafter when i would chase my sister and her friend around the block, and not having shoes on at the time but socks, they would pull down and be like this flapping, wet appendage off the front of my feet. First time was after a rain, hence the wet.

That's interesting, even if it's not precisely what I was looking for. Your sister never played dress-up with you though? Mine did, but I always kept my tighty whities on.

She never did. Perhaps because it was a different time of the mid seventies that she didnt. I recall at least once after the fact sneaking into her room at night and getting caught doing so and her asking me what i was doing, and I said looking for a pair of underwear to wear, and she pulling out a pair and handing them to me telling me to leave.

I never did it again after that as I can recall because somewhere there, the girls world and boys world became less of a curiosity.

That's the crux of the issue. It's the exploration of the differences between boys and girls more than anything at play with the dress-up activities.

My little sister and older brother stretched her ballet uniform on me with tutu and duct taped me to the front porch, same thing happened to me again later, but that time I didn't get anything to wear. It's not the worst thing that happened, childhood in the country when you aren't allowed to leave the house is boring unless you can come up with some way to kill time.

Duct tape hasn't come up yet in any of the other stories. There was a guy I knew in high school who had four older sisters. Apparently, they liked to tie him to a chair and play makeover though.
How old were you in these situations, if I may ask. There seems to be a certain age when these things usually happen, but yours may be anomalous enough to have occurred at a different age.

Ah, so that fits well into the age range that I've been suspecting. Good gracious, though. Your experience has a particularly embarrassing twist, and not in a good way. *hugs*
