next commission i get i plan on having a city skyline as the background, im planning on making it older new york with included world trade center towers. As far as that goes im planning on having the lighting as sunset so should i have some of the city lights on since night is nearing or have the skyscrapers glowing with the setting suns light?

Sounds kool. Say do it in an cyberpunk theme! That would be really kool! Like Akria with Ghost In The Shell type stuff.
