Another DLC leaked video? (might be spoilers so ignore this)

This person been checking Free code demo give away. Second, he said that he manage get the free code to get a FREE DLC from IGN worker, third said about his screen was recently damaged, and last he show us the two photos from smash bros, one is demo like pic with writing that said about DLC also been blur, he's guessing this is beta of it. Second pic the title pic and it's showing 2.0.2 and most of us are using 1.0.3!

So here the video
So the only characters are and also rearrange roster that look like the top screen is it look very full.
Wolf from Star Fox, Mewtwo from Pokemon, Bandana Dee from Kirby, and last that I couldn't see well to that blond character that is next to Shulk, I'm thinking it was Isaac Golden Sun.
What makes look real to me:
A video with 3DS
The music from the background
moving around 3DS
What makes this look fake to me:
Wolf, Mewtwo, and Isaac icons look away from the close up, like every character got they're face close up, but Bandana Dee got his face close up
Mewtwo might be same pic from Smash bros direct of 50 fact about smash bros wii U
Photoshop Bandana Dee might be Photoshop from the use Kirby model (but might be trickly like from other time between Shulk and Little mac face alike.)
No bottom screen been shown
No selecting DLC characters
No GamePlay with DLC characters
Another thing what I just saw around facebook sharing, users been saying some person who been looking at 1.0.3 data and found these icon image

Not sure these icons are for new stages for wii U or new characters such as Wonder Red, Chibi Robo, three children singer, and other character might join the DLC.
What I think those icons is for NEW stages, like in brawl that Sakurai add Animal crossing stage, DS stage, and Electroplankton and there was not playable characters on there. I would love to see Nintendo Land stage and that should be been for mii's (specially tomodachi life stage should have been Mii's stage also 3DS)
But I can't tell those leaked icons are fake or real to me just to be honest.
