My mom used to give us crackers and sprite or seltzer water.

If its a digestive issue, mint normally helps with that. Like spearmint and peppermint.

Lemon water will help as well as chamomile and ginger tea. <3

Ginger! Ginger ale (not the fake stuff) or ginger tea. If you have ginger slice lots of thin pieces and steep it with a teabag. That or something like Luke warm 7-up or Sprite. I've heard even water can help if you're stomach is feeling acidic. Eating something bland like salty crackers (in small amounts) helps. Hope you feel better!

since i have fresh mint and ground ginger, i made tea with that.

Likd the other person said mint helps so I'd you have mint gum. I chew a piece when I get tummy upset if I don't have ginger or anything else. I think it helps get your mind off it too.

When my stomach is upset I lay on my stomach and raise my arms above my head and just lay there for a while. It normally helps.
