I'm confused. And lost.

And... stuff.

This guy I knew from a forum recently was a furry. Or has become.
And I said cool!

And then I asked how long he's been one...

And he said, "Been what? That's putting it on a bit hard"

I was confused, asked, and he said there wasn't "being" a furry.
That it's a genre, it's not being anything! Like romance, or sci-fi,
he said. That everything in furry exists otherwise, like sex and cos-playing
(fursuiting, I guess)....


FTW?! I don't get it. I thought being a furry was ... like sexuality, or religion, something you are. Am I wrong?

I dunno. I told him that a genre was for movies, books, games... music. Stuff
to classify, that isn't really alive alive. And that this was something else.
I also added that some furries wouldn't believe it and would think otherwise,
but he talked to some, so he said, and told me they agreed, it was a genre!

I'm still kinda freaking out.... What's to do?

I talked to Woofy Del Paw, a good friend from here, but I'd like to know other people's views. What is it?

OH! Sorry I haven't been active. Been busy with work, long days. I wanna get a new tv, and even save up a little to pay bills of course...
