Halloween bestows even more power upon me.

I am now 23 years old! Things are okay. Got two free 1-day Redbox rentals from that McDonald's Monopoly thing, so I'm gonna try to rent two video games and play the hell out of them in the short time I can have them.
In other news, the end of October marks the third month I have been working out^^ I've been walking and jogging on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, doing sit-ups on Tuesday and Saturday, and dumbbell exercises on Thursday and Sunday. Though recently I've changed the sit-ups to more walking/jogging since I need more calorie-burning exercises to lose weight. I've already built some muscle in my abs, so I can take a break on those for a while.
I didn't actually check my weight in the beginning, but I do know that one of the last times I weighed myself last year, I was in the 220s (I am a chubby fellow in real life, but my character Fury doesn't reflect that) and in recent checks, I waver somewhere around the middle of the 210s. Though I have also been building up muscle with my sit-ups and my dumbbell exercises, so it's not just the fat that's keeping the numbers above 210.
I'm not actually trying to get rid of the fat. As you can tell from my favorites, I do enjoy muscle-gut body types and that is what I am aiming for. In the first month, I used a 10-pound dumbbell, in September, I switched to a 12-pound one, and a week or so into October I began using a 15-pound dumbbell. The first time, I switched when the 10-pound felt too easy, but with this latest switch, I had realized that I used each one for about a month, so I decided to try that pattern. Though I still need some time with the 15-pound one before I can switch to the next biggest dumbbell we have (20 pounds).
So, 23 years old today and let's hope at 24 I'm much further along in my exercise goal and in other life junk!
