TECH HELP, laptop hates me

i have a laptop with win 7, i can get it to connect to my router but then it fails to conect to the net beyond that
its not my network ether ive checked multiple times and miltiple ways, on my pc atm but i kinda need my lappy.
does anyone know how the flying fuck to get a win 7 pc to fucking connect to the internet? it used to before, but i had a failed viper internet security install happen, -my pc randomly shut off during install- and now theres no trace of viper on the mechine and it refuses to establish outbound connection to anything!!!!

There are a few things you can try, First try restarting your modem and the laptop for a fresh connection. Try running the connection diagnostics to find out why your not able to access websites and the such. Be sure your router is allowing your new machine access.

Ohh also about your viper security (Don't particularly use it) can be causing your pc to NOT be connecting because it hasn't updated. Check this out for help https://support.threattracksecurity.....-update-failed
