Yep, it's in the works. Well, by in the works, I mean I'm currently saving up for it. Should have the down-payment ready by the end of this month or the start of the next. Incredibly excited for this, as it's something I've wanted for a long time now. I'm glad I just decided to wait, too, because I found a perfect situation.

Not only am I getting a Japanese-style fursuit from a maker I absolutely adore (and who has made no fewer than 10 suits I love to bits), but I'm getting a head that allows for glasses, a moving jaw, an eyepatch that I can see out of, but others can't see inside, AND all of this for under or roughly $3k. That's the STARTING PRICE for most high-quality suits here in the states, and even then I wouldn't have gotten both of those head features with any of the studios I was looking at.

I've been in contact with the main guy, and he's SUPER friendly. Really an absolute pleasure to work with, and we haven't even made anything official yet, other than that I really, really can't wait to throw money at him.

I'm just... I'm so absolutely excited for this to happen. After this, I can start saving up for conventions and stuff! I can basically go back to having more fun in the fandom again. I've really been wanting to go back to cons and stuff, and especially to try going to one that ISN'T Anthrocon (not that I don't love AC!).
