After much dreaded turmoil I finally got my Steam Account back! Changed everything and is more vigilant on the Friend Requests (its how I got hacked in the first place)
The downside is, is inviting every last 210ish friends all over again.... ;w;

I got several requests when I logged in to re-install Oblivion and none were anyone I recognized so... :B
