Kinda furry, mostly not.

I had an idea for something that's almost like a Faun.

This species will have curled horns like Mouflon:

Both male and female will have fully curled horns.

They will have elongated, fur-less ears like this:

The will also have a perky, deer/sheep-like tail.

But that's where the similarities for Fauns end. No body fur. No digitigrade legs. No hooves. The face is 100% human.

The thing is, I want this thing to be completely separate from the Fauns that folks are familiar with. I want this to be something unique, but it feels like I need to still add something to it to make it NOT a Faun. Whatever it is, I want it to be something that I can easily cosplay as well. Hmmm....

I tried sketching my idea, but I suck at drawing humanoids, and I'm finding it hard to draw with my one arm in a sling. Ugh! So for now I'm gathering jpegs of stuff that I'd want to use for inspiration. A folder of images that piece together to form a collage that is this brainstorm.
