IUDs can be pretty rough though. My wife had to get hers removed, it just never sat right.
I would be up for some effective male birth control, honestly. Safer to unload the gun etc. etc.

It's not that impossible if you give it thought, since vasectomies nowadays can be done with minimal surgical intervention

I have heard of some really neat procedures where they just inject a gel into the sperm tube duders which works like a vesictomy but is surgery free, and can then later be flushed out with saline solution, so completely reversable. Problem is, there is such a large market for female birth control, there is no incentive to ruin it with cheap effective male alternatives
