Personality (short):He is a very fun loving pup who loves to play and hangout with his friends. He likes making youtube videos, watching Netflix, Drawing, Singing, reading, learning new things, and going on adventures. He is always willing to help others and loves Christmas! He doesn't like being alone or having people yell at him.
Notes about your character:
He is a hermaphrodite, and he sometimes like to dress in women's clothing to to free his more feminine side. So if you want to draw him in a dress or a skirt go write ahead, but not overtly feminine.
Ideas you can suggest: It would be awesome to him dressed as an elf at the north pole.
