ugh my life the last 3 days :< I dont know what happened but like... neck pain is the worst ive decided

for me- it goes straight to my brain as well causing all day headaches :<

Some recommendations: massage your stiff tendons with your fingertips (it'll hurt, but it'll relieve some of the tension), check your pillow and replace it if it's flat, rotate your mattress if that hasn't been done in a while.

Ooooh okay rotating the mattress is a really good idea, I didn't think of that and it's been a long while. As for the pillow, it's definitely part of the problem, it's pancake flat, but I can't afford a new one for now. I'll just fluff the crap out of it >_>

If it's that flat, try rolling up one end of it and sticking it under your neck with the rest still under your head.

Well yah... I had a con last weekend and I couldn't afford a hotel room so I slept in the backseat of a little kia rio for four nights. My neck hurt pretty bad all last week, then I topped it off with another 6 hour drive this weekend and a shitty lumpy pillow and BAM my neck had had enough. It rebelled.... x(

You can have my neck its not messed up.
