I had to re-read that, sorry, I got the idea you were referring to a urinary problem, which would be much worse. But it sounds like a hemorrhoid, it's a common thing and I have dealt with that in the past, too, still do every now and then. If you are feeling a sharp pain or itch, chances are that is what it is. You can also (gently) clean that area yourself and check for any lumps, use wipes if you have any.

Alternatively, take some Metamucil and drink some coffee throughout the day. The Metamucil will soften things up and the coffee will help keep you regular. Plenty of water will help, too.

Still, see a doctor because I might be wrong.

If your toilet paper is rough and you used quite a bit of it this can happen. If it isn't recurring don't worry about it. The skin in that area is VERY sensitive and can tear very easily. Whatever you do DON'T Google your symptoms or you will diagnose yourself as terminally ill within a couple clicks.

depending on the amount of blood you're leaving behind, it could either be hemrhoids, or it could be a fischer. fischers are much worse because they leave behind a lot more blood. trust me I've been there. it may be TMI but I had one that was so bad that one time I used the bathroom and the toilet was pure red. they're really easy to cure though, I just used ointment and it eventually went away and I didn't even have to see a doctor.

Oh i get that all the time, its more than likely the skin around the rectum chaifing since it is winter. If you wear diapers alot or do not get enough exposure to that area, usually in the winter it will chaif. Its weird I know but thats how the human body works so just use some patorlium gelly or baby oil for a few weeks and you will be fine :)!
