More Questions! Whats the best Comm opening time for you?

I always wanna try and be fair to everyone and timing has been something I've neglected in the past. Obviously I can't satisfy everyone , especially on a first come first server basis, but I wanna try.
Right now it's 12:53 GMT - 0, UK time. Could you guys just tell me what the best time for you is and your GMT and I'll try my best to open in the times you guys find the most convenient. Sorry for being annoying, probably looking into this too much but w/e. <_>

But then I'll feel bad for the people I don't pick. T_T
And as many artists know tedious = slow progress, so yeah. Much thought to be had. :O
Mine would be 7-10 GMT
Also picking your own commissions is fun! But sometimes it deters people because they think if you don't pick them, then they never have a chance at a commission due to their character.
