Reblogging for BW call for housing

BW blogged this call for help, original journal here: http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/6260589/I find myself in some dire circumstances. I've been informed by my landlady that she will be short selling her house and I need to be out of my basement apartment by no later than May, 2015. The sale date is set for June 1st. That doesn't give me much time.
I am a responsible 52 year old male, non-smoker, non-drinker, with a steady job and reliable transportation. I live in Ridge and I work in the Hauppauge Industrial Park, so I'm looking for a room or house to share in Hauppauge, Smithtown, St. James, Kings Park, Nesconset and adjacent areas. But honestly, I'll consider anyplace in Suffolk County. I have four cats, but they are quiet and reasonably well-behaved (for cats), and I will continue to be the same responsible pet owner I've always been. I've never had any issues regarding my cats at anyplace I've lived before, and don't anticipate any in the future.
