Dragon designer?!

I often don’t talk first and I should not have to apologize for that.
I’m just one of those "don’t talk unless spoken too" person.
Tips are welcomed! 
Anyone know a good dragon designer? I suck at designing dragons so...
If you know one and if they would be up for a trade I would like now :3 thing is I've been wanting a dragon based on a Eurasian bullfinch for like over a year now, since bullfinch is my fav small bird of all time. I mean just look at the cute buggers! And I always associate them wit winter :3 no bullfinch no snow I say. *chuckles*
So yes again if you know anyone that would be up for a trade for a bullfinch dragon I would love to now!

I tend to specialize in dragons an gryphs. cant say I have ever tried a finch/dragon. I would love to give it a shot however Im kind of bogged down with other commission work right now an couldn't promise a fast turn around by any means. But I do agree with Ferolux if your looking for faster the prior 2 artists may be more what your looking for style wise too being I don't do line work .
